Borghi

Maurizio Borghi is full professor of Commercial Law at the University of Turin and co-director of the Nexa Center on Internet and Society at the Polytechnic University of Turin. From 2013 to 2021 he was director of the Centre for Intellectual Property Policy and Management at Bournemouth University in the United Kingdom. He has been primarily interested in intellectual property law and Internet rights, with a focus on issues related to the protection of the commons and fundamental freedoms in the digital world.
